About this tournament

Presenting the fifth year of the Lafayette Classic at Lafayette High School! This is a 2 round, shotgun start C Tier tournament hosted by Christopher McCurry. This tournament supports the Future Teachers of Kentucky Scholarship at the University of Kentucky by donating proceeds to the scholarship. Our title sponsor this year is Jason Goh State Farm.

Registration 72 player cap! With limited divisions to encourage higher payouts. Spots are first come, first served.
Format: Round 1 will begin @ 8:30 am. Round 2 will begin an hour after the last card finishes Round 1 to give everyone time for lunch.
Course Details: This 18 hole course was designed by Christopher McCurry with input from Stephen Cassity using Lafayette High School’s and the neighboring School for Creative and Performing Arts’ (SCAPA) abundant green space. The roads and sidewalks provide an opportunity to shape shots around these hazard and OB areas. Five of the holes will be inside the stadium where players will throw end zone to end zone, through the stadium seating, and from the baseball commentator’s deck. We are excited for you to play the course. The current par is set at 56. There may be changes needed to the course up until the day of.
