About this tournament
We are trying something new this year!! We are going to run 2-3 Mini Events in order to try to raise money for the Local community we run each event in. This is just going to be a test run to see if we continue running more mini events. We figure this is worth a shot and in the end its about doing more for a cause we feel strongly about Helping Feed the Hungry. This event will be for the Care and Share Food Pantry in East Jordan . We hope you will consider joining us for some fun in the snow while we help make a difference in the East Jordan Community.
This event will be a 50/50 event which means 50 percent of the money collected from registration will go to the Food Pantry and 50 percent will go back to the players. We would love to see a minimum of 30 players at this event. In order to keep the payouts high we were thinking we would pay out one team per 10 players but this can also be discussed at the players meeting to see what everyone thinks.
We will also have 50/50 Ace and Longest Putt Pools. 50 percent of money collected in each of these pools will go to the Food Pantry and 50 Percent will be paid out to the player who gets an Ace or Long Putt. If no one gets an Ace during this event it will be rolled into the next event
We will likely have a basket for raffle at this event. Tickets will be sold for 5 dollars each or 5 for 20
The Format for this event will be Random Draw Doubles. 20 dollars per player. We will play one round
