Annual KORV 93.5 FM "The Goose" disc golf tournament in Lakeview, OR, hosted by Level 48 DGC.
2 round, unsanctioned event held @ Sopo Disc Golf Course. Singles stroke play, with 3 divisions: Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice (beginners & ladies are likely to be grouped together). Registration tent should be open and ready by 7:30am, with a players meeting around 8:40am, and a shotgun start about 9am. Please be a little early, it will help a lot!
$30 registration fee (CASH ONLY PLEASE, PAYABLE MORNING OF EVENT AT THE COURSE) will include a players pack and chances at CTP prizes per division. Optional $5 Ace Pot will be available. If no Ace over both rounds, we will CTP for the cash. If multiple aces, winners will split evenly.
We will be having a raffle! Tickets will be $1 each, or $5 will get you 6. As of now, there are about 10 discs in, and a DD Marksman Basket! Possibly more prizes to come!
We will be Scoring digitally on the UDisc app. Please have it downloaded and a profile created beforehand. The free version is all you need, and feel free to register there before the event. That will speed things up quite a bit! Thank you!
Player packs will include: 1 event stamped premium plastic disc, 1 sharpie, 1 OTB pin, 1 towel, a sticker with a coupon code for OTB.COM, Level 48 decal, and a packet of trail mix. At least A $40 VALUE!
We will have a lunch break between round 1 and 2 of about an hour. Awards and raffle after round 2.
