About this tournament

Prior to entering, please read the complete event info as presented in this section. If any of it seems unclear, you can contact the club via email at [email redacted] for clarification. Thank you.

- This event has a cap of about 48 players.
- The course will not be closed to the public (we want to be good neighbors).

Pre-registration is required. No signups will be accepted on event day.

Divisions
- MA1. This is primarily to help players earn PDGA points to qualify for 2026 PDGA events such as Junior Worlds.
- FA1 was offered for several weeks, but only one FA1 athlete had signed up and subsequently withdrew (sad face). Thankfully, this happened just as awards were getting prepared and we were able to not spend the money on an FA1 champion award.

Awards
- This is a true-amateur, trophy-only event. Awards to MA1 places 1-3.

Cost
- $12 entry fee per player
- $15 PDGA fee if not a current/active PDGA member.
- Entry includes lifetime ACDGC membership.

Pass-through fees
- $4 TD fee
- $3 PDGA fee
- Net entry fee = $5

Player's pack
- Plan A is a Gateway Factor 2nd/X-Out disc ($12 value) (to be selected in order of registration)

Bathrooms
- Available onsite, inside rec/community center.

Timeline
- Beyond the start time for Round 1, the timeline listed on DGS is an estimate only.
- Registered players will receive an email on Thursday, Dec. 11 with updated info, as applicable, based on a range of factors.

Our appreciation
- Thank you to Tommy Van Vliet and the Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission for supporting this event.

Layout
- The traditional 18-hole layout will be played both rounds.
- Updated hole-by-hole info has been placed in the pictures section
- Sam Michaels DGS caddybook is here:

Scoring
- Per PDGA rules, each player (or their caddie) must keep score.
- Most players will choose to use the PDGA scoring app
- All players must check in on uDisc the morning of the event (anything more than the free account is not required).
- uDisc check-in will be verified at time of check-in prior to Round 1
- Our goal is to have one person per card use uDisc (each round) to keep score
- Those wishing to use a paper scorecard, or other scoring method, should notify the TD at time of check-in (but they still must check-in on uDisc)
- Players who want to use a paper scorecard should supply their own blank scorecard template (which can be printed from course page on DiscGolfCourseReview(dot)com.

Inclement weather date
- Though we plan on the event being a "go," inclement weather is always possible. The ACDGC would attempt to reschedule the event for January 2026 with permission of Jefferson County Parks & Recreation.

Refund policy

Allegany County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. The ACDGC will comply with CM 1.03.
