GLOWMAS 2025
This years glow event, "GLOWMAS" will be held at the Legends course and it will NOT be your average glow round of disc golf. Thanks to our collaboration with Disc in the Dark, they will be setting up lights on every fairway and basket throughout the course with bonus holes to be added to make this our best glow event yet. Disc in the Dark specializes in making a great experience for glow events, they often travel and put on glow events that coincide with the DGPT tour events and if you have never been to one you certainly don't want to miss this one. You will park in the large parking lot between the baseball and football fields. Tournament Central will be under a car port by the gate.

This tournament will use the Official Rules of Disc Golf from the PDGA for play

This tournament is set up as a fundraiser to benefit the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will go directly to supporting disc golf in and around Jackson County Florida at Citizen's Lodge Park and another course coming soon!

PLAYER'S PACKS + PRIZES + PAYOUT

MPO and FPO divisions will play for 90% payout after the $3 per player PDGA fee and a $3 TD fee. We are paying someone to come set the course up for us and need to reserve enough per player to pay him. None of your fee is going to us personally.

This is a True Amateur event.

You may opt out of the disc and mini on the player's pack - you're basically selling those back to the club for $10 - Simply select the "Disc and Mini Opt Out" option at checkout. You will still get the Jackson County Tote , Mini Sasquatch, Glowmas Sticker, and be eligible for CTPS and Trophies.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Need at least 3 teams per division (unless it is defined as underserved) - If you would like a division that is not available, please let me know. Divisions will be final 14 days prior to the tournament. I will trim divisions that are not full at that point. Exceptions may be made depending on which divisions have players and which layouts they are playing.

Both members of each team must qualify for the division they are registering for.

Please note that players who play MPO or FPO and accept cash will have their status set as professional in the PDGA system.

I can honor requests to play with another player who is in the same division as you during the first round only. Second round assignments are based on first round score.


LAYOUT

The course will be slightly different than normal and everyone will play the same layout. Most every hole will be from the shorts to the normal basket. Holes 5, 13, and 14 will be split into multiple holes, and hole 8 will be played from the long pad with a temporary basket.



FUNDING

This is a breakdown of the fees associated with registration as required by the PDGA. Be aware that I personally, as a tournament director, make no profit from the tournament at all. Any fees listed below that would go to a director or would profit an individual are donated directly to the Jackson County Disc Golf Club a 501(c)(3) organization.

--$3 per player PDGA fee
--$3 per player TD fee (given to the guy setting the event up for us - Disc in the Dark)
--$40 per player for player's packs
--$3 per player for trophies
--$2 per player for CTP's

REFUNDS

The Jackson County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.

Hole/Tournament Sponsorships are non-refundable after signs have been printed.

Jackson County DGC is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
