About this tournament

We are happy to announce the Indoor Disc Golf Experience is bringing back NYE Glow Event with Barry Schultz.

We will be taking walk ins for day of registration as well. Cash / PayPal / or Venmo preferred method of payment

This will be held at
Brookfield Sports Complex
19485 Lisbon Rd,
Brookfield, WI 53045

Player pack / Glow zing mini / Light up glow stick / Event Poster and sticker / One free drink ticket at concessions.

Disc Available for sale are Glow Wraith and Glow Toro

This will be a regular Ace Race style event where you get 2 shots for points on each hole.

Players may form their own groups. Group sizes will be determined by number of registrations. Groups will sizes may range from 3 to a max of 8 people. If you don't have a full Group we will group players together to make a full group. Once players have a full group we can assign which hole you can start on after the players meeting.

WHAT DIVISION YOU SHOULD SIGN UP FOR:
Advanced Over 900 Rated
Amateur Under 900 Rated
Juniors 13 or under
Wom. Advanced over 750 Rated
Wom. Amateur under 750 Rated

First round is a for fun and play only.

For the second session you must be present to win trophies, prizes, and or raffle ticket items. Leaving the event early disqualifies you from any prized items but you can have a friend claim your trophy or raffle prizes.

Note we do not ship any winning prizes, raffle prizes, or trophies after the event.

Vendors will be on site so you can load up for the 2025 season.

Raffle and Trophies will follow after the rounds are completed. We may pause one of these to go do the Ring of Fire during at midnight if they run long.

Refund policy

Visual Eclipse is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. In the event you request a refund please be aware that only the actual ENTRY FEE will be refunded (the transaction fees are non-refundable). Hole and Ring of Fire Sponsorships are also non-refundable no matter when you would request a refund because we make event decisions months in advance based upon those sponsorships.

100% of your ENTRY FEE AND ANY ADD-ONS through December 10th.

After December 10th any additional items that you purchased during registration will not be refunded but you can 1) Have a friend at the event pick them up, 2) pick those items up at the event location, 3) or pay to have them shipped to you.

100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY will be refunded if you withdraw between December 10th and December 25th

100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (Inside 6 days prior) will be refunded IF AND ONLY IF you 1) email the tournament director (Jeff Showers [email redacted]) AND 2) we are able to fill your spot with another person.

No Refund will be offered if you withdraw inside of 48 hours before the event.

If you are on the wait-list you need to give us your deadline for making arrangements to attend when you sign up, for instance if you need 2 hours notice or 1 days notice (to make travel plans) you need to let me know. This event usually sells out so we need to fill every spot if at all possible. That might mean people needing to be here the day of the event to see if they have a spot secured. Anyone moving from the waitlist will operate under he same rules above, anyone left on the wait-list and no spot secured will receive 100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY)
