    Hey everyone, welcome to the 4th Annual Idlewild Eclipse MVP Circuit Event!

    First of all, I want to thank all of you whom have registered, sponsored and volunteered! I am moved by the amount of support this event has received. It is so exciting to bring this tournament to Cranbrook!

    The goal for The Idlewild Eclipse is not just to host a fun experience for the participants, but to also help our community! With that in mind, we will be supporting 2 charities during this event:

    1. Leslie Long Rescue: With the help of many volunteers, we will be putting together a charity BBQ. Prior to the tournament, we encourage you to come hang out by the fire and enjoy some warm food, all donations benefit the local rescue!

    2. The Cranbrook Food Bank: At the time of the tournament, we will be heading into the holiday season, which means a lot of families will find themselves in strained financial situations. With this in mind, I have decided to do a food drive: any registrant who donates 3+ pieces of non-perishable food items will get a ticket for the raffle (Note: this is limited to 1 extra ticket per player/ volunteer). Please leave these at Jamie’s Truck (Silver Toyota).

    Event Schedule

    Saturday November 8th

    4:00 pm: Pre round BBQ at the fire pits, Player’s packs will be available for pickup and raffle tickets can be purchased.

    5:30 pm: Organizers will go over the rules, score cards and questions

    6:00 pm: Let the race begin!

    7:00 pm: Bonfire, prizes, games (bring your loonies and toonies) and hot food!

    Score Keeping

    Each card will assign a score keeper, the player is responsible to record points based on these rules:

    10 points for an ACE!!!

    3 points for metal (basket/chains/pole)

    1 point for bullseye (approximately 6ft for PROs and 8ft for AMs)

Refund policy

Jamie Derkach is responsible for all refunds and cancellation. Cancelation 2 weeks prior no refund and you can claim your players pack after the event.
