Two rounds of 18 holes at Lemon Lake Flight Center in Crown Point, Indiana. Shotgun start.
Entry fee includes $5 greens/parking fee charged by the County Park system. You will not need to pay for parking at the gate on the day of the event.
Lemon Lake will be offering lunch: TBD $5 Donation, please take care of at checkin.
If you are promoted from the waitlist, the $5 waitlist fee will be applied to your entry fee. If you are not promoted from the waitlist, the waitlist fee is non-refundable.

Illinois Open Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow the PDGA refund policy as outlined in the Competition Manual. Hole sponsorships and the $5 waitlist fee are non-refundable. There is a $5 handling fee on all refund requests.
