This will be a regular Ace Race style event where you get 2 shots for points on each hole.

Players may form their own groups of 6/8 players. If you don't have a full Group we will group players together to make a full groups.

Scoring explained below...

Winner of each division is the highest point total.

WHAT DIVISION YOU SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR?:
Advanced Over 900 Rated
Amateur Under 900 Rated
Juniors 15 or under
Wom. Advanced over 750 Rated
Wom. Amateur under 750 Rated

Players must be present to collect Trophies.
You may have a friend claim your raffle items also.
We do not ship any items after the event.

Five Flags is under new management this year. Once you leave you may not re-enter.

Will there be food or drinks?
Yes concession will still be serving food and drinks (Yes this includes adult beverages)

Can I bring in my own Drinks?
NO absolutely not!! Anyone that brings in their own drinks is going against the facilities permit and is risking being removed from the event with no refund. PLEASE SUPPORT THE VENUE!

Music?
Yes we will have a DJ during the event


Event Rules:
Rules are the same as the past.
If this is your first time, every player including doubles on saturday gets 2 throws each.
3 points for an Ace
2 Points for chains
1 point for metal basket (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE POLE, NUMBER PLATE, OR ANYTHING BELOW THE CAGED BASKET)

Singles on Friday night can earn up to 6 points on each hole.

Saturday Doubles can earn up to 12 points for each team

We have one hole that hangs in the air with no bottom basket to it. This hole is an automatic 3 if you hit any part of the basket since the disc can not rest on the bottom. (Signs will be in place)

Score Cards:
Each player/team will get their own individual score cards. If players feel comfortable they may trade off score cards to keep each other in check or keep their own scores and use the empty space to track other players to compare at the end.

* Vendors will be on sight, we encourage you to patronize them during your visit.

Cut-Off Date: The Hotel agrees to hold the above room block until Tuesday, December 17, 2025. Unused rooms after this date will be released back into the hotel inventory.

Refund policy

The Disc Golf Experience is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. In the event you request a refund please be aware that only the actual ENTRY FEE will be refunded (the transaction fees are non-refundable). ALL Sponsorships are also non-refundable no matter when you request a refund because we make event decisions months in advance based upon those sponsorships.


Prior to December 8th 100% of your ENTRY FEE PLUS ALL ADD ON's (shirts, hoodies, and VIP discs) will be refunded. Sponsorships will not be refunded.

After December 8th any additional items that you purchased during registration will not be refunded but you can 1) Have a friend at the event pick them up, 2) pick those items up from the event Staff, 3) or pay to have them shipped to you.

100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY will be refunded if you withdraw between December 8th and January 17th IF AND ONLY IF you 1) request a refund on Disc Golf Scene or email email [email redacted] AND 2) we are able to fill your spot with another person. If we do not fill your spot we will still offer you the player package.

No Refunds will be offered if you withdraw inside of 48 hours before the event.
Weather conditions do not change this policy.

If you are on the wait-list you need to give me your deadline for making arrangements to attend when you sign up, for instance if you need 2 hours notice or 1 days notice (to make travel plans) you need to let me know. This event usually sells out so we need to fill every spot if at all possible. That might mean people needing to be here the day of the event to see if they have a spot secured. Anyone moving from the wait-list will operate under the same rules above, anyone left on the wait-list and no spot secured will receive 100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY)
