    Shelter house - Player meeting / this is paper score cards / old fashion score board so you'll want to come by here by 10.

    First round starts @ 10am

    Second round will be about one hour after first round ends - 2nd round start time will be posted on scoreboard at shelter house. I can also add it on the comments here so you can leave to go eat after turning in your scores and check on here to get an update instead of waiting for this info.
    There are restaurants (mcD, subway, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Jimmy John’s) all just south on St. Joe Ave to grab some food. I'll be at CVS trying to get these photos printed but Matt will be at the shelter. XD

    After round two: Join us at the shelter house and we'll hopefully have photos / trophies / cash payouts and give out the donated prizes.

    We'll try our best not to keep folks waiting around at any of these steps.

About this tournament

You do not have to be romantically involved to participate together. Teams should be mixed (one male, one female) but can also be a mom with son, dad with daughter, grandma with grandson, friend with friend, etc. you get the point. Hoping to get more ladies to come out and play.

We encourage you to bring a partner who rarely plays. Hopefully they will have fun and be inspired to play more often! The goal of this event is to have fun and to get women and kids to play-- but there will be cash payouts. You will not be eligible for payout if your team does not have a female player but you may be eligible for any raffle prizes that we have.

This will be a 2-round event: best shot mixed doubles
Mesker Meadows, 1st round
Mesker Woods, 2nd round

There will be a portapotty between the two courses, by the shelter.

Players pack / trophies will be a good quality photo (taken when you sign in) in a frame, to be distributed (fingers crossed CVS one-hour photo) at the conclusion of the event. The frame will also serve as your trophy (with 1st, 2nd, 3rd places being noted as such). Maybe with fancier frames.

At least $20 of the entry fee goes to payouts. We plan to pay out the top ~25%. Sunday Crew will help pay expenses so more of the entry fee can go to payouts.

We are hoping to have several giveaways as we get donations in, so you don't necessarily have to be good at disc golf to win something.
