2022 Hub City DGC Mixed Doubles Event
*Mixed = 1 male and 1 female.
COURSE
Tyger River
Event HQ will be set up in the parking lot across from the fairway of Hole 18.
DIVISIONS
Players must sign up as a team, but in the division of the highest rated team player. If neither player has a rating, then MA3 is probably the best choice.
Gold = Pro
Blue = MA1
White = MA2
Red = MA3
FORMAT
Round 1: Best shot doubles; guys tee from longs, ladies tee from shorts
Round 2: Best shot doubles; all tee from shorts, but each player is responsible for 9 tee shots
LAYOUT
All holes are par 3 except:
- Holes 6, 10, 11, 16, and 17 (par 4, all tees)
- Holes 15 and 18 (par 5, all tees)
Holes 14 and 18 will incorporate short, safari tees marked with flags.
Holes 6, 11, and 16 will utilize the RED baskets.
OB's
All paved surfaces are OB.
Tree lines to the right of holes 10 and 11 are OB.
Tall grass on holes 11, 15-17 (marked w/ painted line) is OB.
PLAYER'S PACK
Custom event towels (2 per team)
Custom event minis/coasters (2 per team)
Custom event dry-fit t-shirts in men's sizes (2 per team: guys = blue, ladies = pink)
PAYOUT
This is a trophy-only event. The top 3 teams in each division will receive trophies (2 per team).
