About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Home of the Hyzer presents AM - JAM 2021
This amateur only C-tier will take place at Central Park disc golf course on May 1st, 2021.
Each athlete will complete two 18 hole rounds, with a 1 hour break between the rounds.
Do to current county regulations you will be with the same card for both rounds to limit the exposure/spread of covid-19.
All athletes must pass a temperature check and fill out our covid/media form to tee off on hole 1.
Each athlete will receive a SWEET players pack at the completion of round 1.
Each athlete will receive slow motion footage of one of their tee off's from the event, so they can analyze their form.
Each winner from a division with at least 5 entrants will receive product as well as trophies. Trophy only for divisions of 4 or less.
Course guidelines, OB ,and par info, will go out 48 hours before the tournament. We will play all 18 (the short front 9, as well as the long back 9) as par 3's.
SHIRT ORDERS HAD TO GO IN WEEKS AGO, SO IF YOU GET FILLED OFF THE WAITLIST WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SELECTION BUT NO GUARANTEES.

Home of the Hyzer is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All refunds will be processed up until 4/24/21. After that date refunds will be processed as long as your spot is filled from the waitlist.
