Welcome to the fifth annual High Sierra Cup, presented by Visit Tuolumne County!
PROs and AM1 will play two rounds at Three Links, one at the Twain Harte Golf Course. The rest of AMs will play two rounds at Twain Harte Golf Course and one at Three Links.
Three Links is rugged, mountain golf, with tight lines on uneven terrain. Twain Harte Golf Course is a beautiful mountain golf course, with touchy shots and water in play. All divisions will receive >100% of their entry fee in payout and players pack value!
Players Pack, Scrip and Pro Payout
Visit Tuolumne County have provided $2500 for MVP discs for all competitors! Thank them by enjoying beautiful Tuolumne County during your stay. As usual, we will also be providing High Sierra Cups to all, and AM players will be receiving an additional Players Pack item - details are still being sorted out. Scrip will be provided by our friend Leonard Muise and Whirlwind Discs. Pros will be paid out via PayPal.
Waitlist
Waitlists will be capped at 5 people per division. If divisions do not fill by July 27, spots will be redistributed. Players on the waitlist who do not get in or who withdraw will get a 100% refund (minus PayPal fees).
Camping
Camping will be available at the Three Links Camp - reserve a spot with Michelle at 209-591-0195.

Refund policy
Tuolumne County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below). A $5 fee will be charged all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email redacted]). Refunds requested via the discgolfscene comments, text message, smoke signal, telegraph or other inconvenient method will be charged an additional $5 service fee.
A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before July 28 (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 29 and August 12 (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after August 12 (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to August 18 (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
