    7:30am - 11:00am

    Shotgun start. Check in behind the clubhouse to see your hole assignments and wait until after player meeting to head out to your starting hole. You can warm up on holes close to clubhouse, but please do not spread out all over the entire course. There may be regular golfers out playing, so always give them the right of way and don't wander too far during warm-ups.

    Please check in on the U-Disc event page when you arrive. We will be using their live scoring system for this event.

    11:00am - 11:30am

    Awards and bag tags. It will be tight quarters around the clubhouse, so do your best to socially distance and please limit to no more than 4 people sitting at any of their outside patio tables.

About this tournament

We're expecting a bigger turnout for this month's Helix Disc Golf monthly because more people will want to come out and play the course ahead of next month's Cotton Memorial PDGA-sanctioned tournament (which is already SOLD OUT). This is just our regular casual club monthly (not a PDGA event) with cash payouts, but a good opportunity for practice and some fun in the sun.

We will be playing one round on the beautiful Palm Royale temporary disc golf course layout that follows the regular golf course. We will have a shotgun start at 7:30am. We will be playing the pin positions for Round 2 of the Cotton Memorial tournament, though not necessarily the same tee pads as the golf course controls where those are placed each day.

Please note the country club has a dress code policy: Collared shirts are required and NO denim!!!

Come on out and enjoy our great course. Show your support and help us make this a permanent course someday!

For those who don't get into the monthly, we will be leaving up the baskets the rest of the day on 3/13 to give more people a chance to play the course and practice ahead of the Cotton Memorial next month. You can call the Palm Royale pro shop to book a tee time after 11:00. Rates will be $17 before 1:00pm and $13 after.
