Join us for the 23rd Annual BYOP Doubles, a two-day, tee-time doubles event across some of the region’s premier courses.
2 Rounds – 1 Per Day
You’ll test your skills against the area’s best with:
Huge player packs
Big payouts
Added CASH
Tons of extras all weekend long
Note: With the volume of players, tee time requests will not be accepted — please plan to be available both days.
Cost
$140 per team
Optional $5 Ace Fund per player
What You Need to Register
Team Name
Emails for both players
Shirt sizes for both players
UDisc usernames or emails (create a free UDisc account if needed)
Ace Fund option
We’ll use UDisc for tee times and live scoring.
Partner Policy
You must start and finish with the same partner.
Both players must be on time to avoid penalty.
A solo player may start a round but must wait at the next hole for their partner to join.
No partner substitutions allowed after play begins.
No extra throws for missed holes.
Divisions & Pools
Pools are capped at 80 teams per pool, with no divisional caps.
You must register for the higher-rated player’s division — no exceptions.

A Pool – Fairborn & Echo Valley
Fairborn: As many long tees as we can prep
Echo: Gold layout
Divisions: MPO, MA1, FA1, MA40, FA40
Tee Order: A40 → A1 → P60 → P50 → P40 → PO Ladies first
B Pool – AO Fisher & Fairborn
AO Fisher: Longs
Fairborn: Mixed with added longs
Divisions: MA2, FA2
Tee Order: Ladies first
C Pool – Echo Valley & CFP
Echo: Shorts
CFP: Blue layout
Divisions: MA3, FA3
Tee Order: Ladies first
D Pool – CFP & AO Fisher
Both courses: Shorts
Divisions: MA4, FA4, MA50, MA60, Mixed, Juniors
Tee Order: 60 → 50 → Juniors → A4 → Mixed. Ladies first
Tee Times
Rounds will start at 8am and run every 10–12 minutes, based on course capacity and total player count.

Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be issued 100% up to 48 hours before the event. After that we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or players pack only.
