About this tournament

I never expected any of this, so many years of loss mixed with the joy of coming together. In 2015, when Mike passed, I had just gotten into the disc golf scene. I have been playing since 92, but casually with a group of friends. I hooked up with Gone Discin, met Josh Cook (for the second time) and we were peas in a pod. He jumped in with both feet to help Mikes family. Between Josh Cook, Josh Admunson, and Steve Zelecki we had quite the foursome and had plans...... Each year that passed by we grew; we lost Steve in 2018 and Josh C in 2021, our friends and family stepped up each year to lend us a hand and it has been truly appreciated! I have powered through each of the last 4 years since Josh passed, (and I know Josh A has done the same since Steve passed) but mentally it has not been the same. I need to recharge and take a step back from hosting this event. Hangover Bowl 10 will be the final one, when and if things settle in and I find myself again I may start it up again. THANK YOU for your years of support and looking forward to seeing those that can make on Jan 1st 2026!

Sandcastles Grief Support Program for Children & Families – $1000
Sandcastles Grief Support Program provides a caring place for children, teens and their families who have experienced a death. Sandcastles offers quality community-based family grief services, which include peer support and are enhanced by educational outreach.
Disc Golf for a Cause - $2000 (This provides DGFC the funds for 2026 to manage our monthly giveaways and support other disc golf charity events nationwide)
Beers Family – Balance of funds raised.
Anything you are willing to bring up to donate to the raffle will be appreciated but we would prefer new or like new and we will take cash donations as well.

No refunds will be given after registration closes on 12/23. Player packs will be mailed , all funds will go towards the cause. Disc Golf for a Cause is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
