Welcome to the 2025 Hammonds Plains Disc Golf Club Championship Powered by Chain Reaction Disc Golf Supply!


This one day, two round event will take place at Hammonds Plains Disc Golf Club on Sunday, October 19th, 2025.

All amateur players will receive $20 to Chain Reaction plus some great additional goodies.
We will have CTP's, WYC's, and other prizes.

$700 Cash Added to the Pro Purse

Round 1 tee times will start at 830am
All divisions will have a minimum 60 min break
Round 2 tee times TBD based on registration numbers.

Cole Harbour Trophies will have some very nice plaques for the top 3 finishers in each division.

$5 Ace Pot (all divisions).
If no aces are hit, the Ace Pot will carry over to the 2026 HPDGC Club Opener.

Tee assignments/Layout:

MPO / MP40 / FPO / FP40 / MA1 / FA1 - Blue Layout
MA2 / MA40 / MA50 - Mixed Layout - Reds on 11/14/15/16 - Blue on the rest
FA2 / FA40 / MA3 / MJ18+ / FJ18+ - Red Layout
FA3 / MJ15 / FJ15 / FJ12 / MJ12 - Green layout
