Hello and Thank You for joining us for this Fundraising Event!!!

This event is being held as a fundraiser to help build a bigger and better disc golf course for the Hollidaysburg Area School District as well as for the community as a whole.

All funds raised will go towards the following:
- Designing & Building 6 more holes.
- Installing 36 cement tee pads.
- Installing new tee sign posts.
- Installing new course signage.
- Designing, Building & Installing a Course Kiosk.
- Purchasing disc golf equipment for the Physical Education Department.
- Maintain funding for future disc golf events.

This will be a 2-Day event with a Doubles Event on Saturday followed by a Singles Event on Sunday.

Day 1 – Doubles Competition
All Doubles teams will register a “non-offensive” team name, select their division and then select a designated Tee Time for their team to begin competition.

Format: BEST SHOT
-Each member of the team will throw their shot and will play from their "Best Throw".

ALL PLAYERS MAY PLAY ON MORE THAN 1 TEAM THROUGHOUT THE DOUBLES EVENT

Each player can register with another person on another team!
THAT’S RIGHT…YOU CAN PLAY MULTIPLE TIMES WITH A DIFFERENT PARTNER
You can play as much as you want with a different doubles partner throughout the event!!!
So, you can play a round in the morning with one person, play again in the afternoon with another person then come back in the evening and play with another person!!!

All teams should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their designated Tee Times…This will give you time to register at Event HQ, meet your cardmates, pick up your player packages, receive the rules and get answers to any of your questions.

Each Doubles Team will play 12 holes.
All scoring will take place on the UDISC App…Download for FREE
(We recommend downloading the app several days before the event so that you can register and get familiar with how the app works so it will be easier to use once your round begins)

Award presentation for the top Doubles Teams in each Division and ACE POOL payout will take place immediately following the conclusion of the end when the last card has finished their round.

Day 2 – Singles Competition
Each person will register and select their division and a Tee Time.
All Tee Times will be groups of 4 players (no less than 3 for scoring accuracy purposes).

All teams should plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their designated Tee Times…This will give you time to register at Event HQ, meet your cardmates, pick up your player packages, receive the rules and get answers to any of your questions.

All players will play 12 holes.
All scoring will take place on the UDISC App…Download for FREE

Award presentation for the top players in each Division and ACE POOL payout will take place immediately following the conclusion of the end when the last card has finished their round.

Due to this being a Fundraising Event, any/all registrations are considered a donation to the event and there will be NO REFUNDS.

Event handling fee is non-refundable.
