About this tournament

Welcome to the 2026 HDGA Bag Tag Challenge at the newly redesigned Tatum Disc Golf Park! We have a big day planned and hope to see all of our HDGA Family. Lunch will be provided and will consist of hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips. We will have water onsite as well. Cost for this year will be $25/player. This will give each player access to the digital tag system, League HQ, HDGA liability insurance through Sadler Insurance, a physical tag at the year end HDGA party.
This year we are doing a Doubles/CTP round from the red tees in the morning. This is not a tag round and is also not mandatory to attend for the bag tag round in the afternoon. Entry for the Doubles/CTP will be $10 per player. $9 goes to the payouts and $1 to HDGA. If you need more info on how this round will play feel free to contact any HDGA BOD member.
Lunch will be from 11:00-1:00. We also want to welcome all you swap meet folks to come out to buy/sell/trade your discs with others that might want to do the same. The past couple of years this has not only been a fun way to get some new to you discs, but a way to talk DG and enjoy the company of other HDGA members.
The bag tag round will follow and should start at 1:00. Cards will be like league play is; pick your cards but keep them to 3-4 players ONLY! No exceptions. After the bag tag round we will pay out CTP's, any Aces on the day, and have the HDGA Raffle! The purpose for the raffle this year is to raise funds to update and install wayfinding signage at our area courses. This was outlined in the HDGA meeting. If you have discs, bags, gift cards, or any other items you'd like to add to the raffle please let a BOD member know. Donnie Frederick has set the tone and added (2) brand new Grip bags to start it off right! Thank you all for the support in 2025 and let's really dig in this year.
