This PDGA C-tier event will be played at Jack Brooks Park Hills and Meadows courses.
2 rounds of 18 holes, one on each course for all divisions.

HQ will be the Highlands Pavilion near the tennis courts/hole 7 Meadows.

There will be check-in from 7:30-8:15
Players meeting at 8:30, start directly after.

A Pool -
Hills / Meadows

B Pool-
Meadows / Hills

All players -
Concrete tees at both courses EXCEPT
MA50/MA60/MA2/MA3/MA4 and AM ladies will play short (classic) tees on Meadows holes 3 and 18 ONLY.
Novice and ladies will play short, temp tee on hills 3,5 and 7 also.

ALL PLAYERS MUST USE PDGA DIGITAL SCORING -

144 player HARD cap / 72 per pool
4 players per card.
NO GHOST CARDS

Gorilla Disc Golf will provide 1st place trophies for winners of all divs with 3 or more players represented by June 25th.
There will not be a players pack
All divs EXCEPT NOVICE will compete for performance based payouts.
All NOV division players will recieve entry fee value in merchandise at the event.

Div daps and overall caps are set.
Overall cap may be reached before div caps.
DIV CAPS will be lifted 4 days after registration opens.
Any open spots not filled at this time will then be populated by other divs from the waitlist. Pools may then be adjusted.

COURSE RULES -
Meadows
General Rules-
No 2 Meter rule-All Roads/Concrete/Parking lots and beyond are OB.
Concrete may define OB line.
Tennis Court (Inside fence or any concrete associated is OB).
Hole Specific Rules:
Holes 10 thru13 Water in Ditch (Right) and beyond is OB.
Hole 14 thru 17 Water in Ditch (Left) and beyond is OB.
Hole 18 – Any Water in Ditch (if Present) is casual. Bridge is declared stacked playing surface (lies under the bridge must play from under the bridge, and lies on the bridge must play from on the bridge)

HILLS-
General Rules-

Ponds Near Holes (9-13) and near holes (15-17) are OB.
Hole Specific Rules:
Hole 1 thru 7 Water in Creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 5 Water in Creek (Right) and beyond is OB. Any water (Left or Right) of plateau is OB. Hole 8– Any Water in Creek is Casual.
Hole 9- All OB tee shots, player will proceed to DROP ZONE or re-tee. DZ is for tee shots only. All subsequent OB throws can be played from last spot in bounds.
Hole 14- Any water present is casual. Bridge is declared stacked playing surface (Lies under the bridge must play from under the bridge, and lies on the bridge must play from on the bridge.
Hole 16- Water is OB.
Hole 17- PLAYERS MAY PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE DZ WITH PENALTY- Any water OB tee shots must play from DZ or re-tee. Any subsequent OB throws can be played from last spot in bounds. DZ is from pond OB's only. Any Street OB's play from last spot In-Bounds (or re-throw from previous lie)
Hole 18- Basket Ball court is OB.

Entry fee breakdown-
$2 pdga
$2 admin/parks fee
$2 to GHDGC
EVERYTHING else to performance based payouts for ALL divs.

WAITLIST
I do not know the chances of a player getting in from the waitlist.
I am not a clairvoyant, I cannot predict the future. Sorry and thanks !!

1st round cards will be assigned at random, generated by the PDGA tournament manager software.

GDG refund policy-
GDG will refund any player in full (minus registration fees) if requested by email more than 72hrs before the start of event check-in.
GDG will refund any player in full (minus reg fees) up to 24hrs before check-in ONLY IF we can fill the spot.
ALL drops within 24 hours of the event- players will receive entry fee value in merchandise at vendors convenience.
No shows forfeit entry fees.

ALL WAITLISTED PLAYERS THAT DO NOT GET IN WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED POST EVENT
