    7:30am - 8:00am

    Player registration and warm ups. Players are not required to be here this early if they have a later tee time. However, after 8:00 play will have begun and warm-up rounds will not be allowed if it interferes with those that have started their tourney rounds.

    8:00am - 10:40am

    10:30am - 12:00pm

    Tee times for the first round. These will be announced the day before. Rounds are expected to take around 2.5 hours. Once the last card of the division is turned in the tee times will be set for the second round with a minimum of 45 minutes between the last card of the first round and the first card of the second round. Times are approximate

    10:45am - 4:00pm

    Tee times for the second round. Players will be organized by score of the first round with the highest scores in the division going first and the lowest score in the division going last. Times are approximate

About this tournament

84 players is a hard limit. Do not drive to this event expecting to play just because you showed up. This event is under time constraints. .

This is a two round, 21 hole tournament. We will be playing the main 18 hole course plus 3 temp holes set up by the park.

TEE TIMES

- Due to the pandemic we will be utilizing tee times. It is imperative that that everyone show up ON TIME. Penalties for not being at the first tee on time are quite severe which is par plus four strokes. See PDGA rule 1.05.E
- SInce we are using tee times there will not be a players meeting.
- Tee times will be announced the day before the tournament - CHECK YOUR EMAIL
- Every player is required to arrive 1/2 hour before their tee time to check in and grab the goodies.
- Division order will be: MA2, MA4, JA18, MA3, FA1, MA40, MA50, MA1

COURSE SPECIFICS:

- ISLAND HOLES: 1, 7, 8, 10, 12, 17, 19, 21
- As the name suggests, several holes will be designated as island holes. All island holes will not be true OB islands but rather "hazard" islands where landing outside the island is a stroke penalty and you play the next shot from where the disc lies. .
- We should be able to get out to the course by the Friday before (10/16/20) or earlier if time permits and mark all of the OB and islands. In any case, be prepared for a more difficult layout than the current course. Errant shots will be punished and accuracy will be rewarded.

MA1, MA2 - Both rounds with islands
MA3, MA40, MA50, FA1 - First round without islands, second round with islands
MA4, JA18 - No islands either round

PLAYER PACKS AND LUNCH:

- Player packs will be provided by Basket Bashers. This will include a dry-fit shirt, a disc and a towel. The deadline for getting the shirt size you want is 9/30/20. Extra shirts will be ordered after that day but there is no guarantee shirts will be available for late registrations..
- Lunch may or may not happen at this point. There are A LOT of expenses to this event so if we cannot get the food donated it may not happen.

ACE POOL:

- $5 gets you entered into the ace pool and given the short nature of this course there is very likely going to be a few aces.
- The ace pool will be split evenly based on the number of aces and not who got what ace first.
- If there are no aces during tournament rounds then there will be a designated CTP hole or holes.
- Ace payouts will be via PayPal or Venmo. No exceptions.
