Come help us raise money for American Cancer Society and have a great day of disc golf in Gardendale!
Can't join us but still want to help support ACS? Order a player pack (minus the extra DD shirt) and pick it up the day of the event. Available until 10/2/20!
Last year's event raised $4100+ for ACS! Let's try to blow that total away this year!
Acceptance of the COVID-19 Waiver is required for all players participating in this event.
I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless The Giant Purple People Saver, Ben Swam, and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

Refund policy
Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days (now until Oct. 14th) before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 29 days (Oct. 15th through Nov 14) or less before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player from the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will ship the player pack to the player at the player's expense unless the player can make other arrangments for delivery.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. (This does NOT apply to a waitlist player)
