    Friday, November 10: Random Doubles

    Registration and Random Doubles Drawing: 4:00 PM
    Tee-off Time: 4:30 PM
    Entry Fee: $10.00 per team (Cash only, payable in person)
    In the event of ties, we will conduct a sudden-death playoff to determine the winners.

    For your convenience, please park at the Field House parking area.

    Prize Ceremony
    Following the conclusion of the tournament, we invite all participants to join us at Rathskeller's for the prize ceremony. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the winners and enjoy some well-deserved refreshments and camaraderie.

About this tournament

DCDDGA is pleased to announce the first Gallaudet Turkey Showdown Disc Golf Tournament, set to take place at the new course on the campus of Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, November 11, 2023. The tournament will feature a two-round format, with tee-off times scheduled at two different intervals: 9:00 AM in the morning and 2:00 PM in the afternoon.

The winner will be determined by combining the scores from both tee-off times, with results to be announced on the evening of Saturday, November 11. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners in the open division, while merchandise will be presented to the champions of the amateur division after the tournament concludes in the evening.

To kick off the day, player meetings are scheduled for 8:30 AM for the morning tee-off and 1:30 PM for the afternoon tee-off. Please note that each tee-off time can accommodate a maximum of 36 players, totaling 72 participants. We invite you to join us for a thrilling day of disc golf and the chance to "shoot down some turkey!"
