This is a one round, shotgun start c-tier. Start time is 10am.

PDGA live scoring will be utilized for this event. Everyone on your card must keep score.

Entry Breakdown:
-$21 to payouts
-$3 to PDGA-mandatory per-player fee
-$1 TD Fee

The GEN Division is for players who want to compete with minimal PDGA involvement. Scores will not earn a PDGA rating or points. The $15 temporary membership fee and $3 per-player PDGA fee are not charged. All PDGA rules still apply. Prizes are awarded as vouchers, and anyone can play. Players track their own scores and submit them to an official; GEN players may optionally track scores on the event page in the uDisc app, which is preferred. GEN players can still buy into the ace pot and CTPs. The $1 TD fee still applies.

AMS payouts will be issued as Flying Blind vouchers. There will be no onsite vending, as players can choose to receive vouchers digitally via email request or redeem them at the shop. More voucher details will be emailed after the event.

Pro Division Payout Terms & Method Selection

The following outlines the terms of professional division payouts. By selecting a payout method below, the player acknowledges and agrees to the applicable payout terms and conditions.

☐ PayPal (Goods & Services)
I acknowledge that I am requesting my payout via PayPal Goods & Services.
I understand that PayPal processing fees will be deducted from my payout.
I acknowledge that no Friends & Family payments will be sent.
I verify that the email address used during registration is my PayPal email.
I accept responsibility for any errors in entering my email address.
I acknowledge that I forfeit my payout if funds are sent to an incorrect email due to my entry error.
I accept responsibility for any fees charged by PayPal.

☐ Zelle (Email)
I acknowledge that I am requesting my payout via Zelle using my email address.
I verify that the email address used during registration is linked to my Zelle account.
I accept responsibility for any errors in entering my email address.
I acknowledge that I forfeit my payout if funds are sent to an incorrect email due to my entry error.
I acknowledge that Zelle payments are sent exactly to the email provided.
I acknowledge that Zelle does not charge transaction fees.

☐ Zelle (Phone Number)
I acknowledge that I am requesting my payout via Zelle using my phone number address.
I verify that the phone number used during registration is linked to my Zelle account.
I accept responsibility for any errors in entering my phone number.
I acknowledge that I forfeit my payout if funds are sent to an incorrect phone number due to my entry error.
I acknowledge that Zelle payments are sent exactly to the phone number provided.
I acknowledge that Zelle does not charge transaction fees.

☐ Cash (In-Store Pickup)
I acknowledge that I am requesting my payout in cash.
I understand that cash payouts are only available in-store at Flying Blind Disc Golf, 2915 N St Peters Pkwy, St Peters, MO 63376 during business hours.
I acknowledge that unclaimed cash payouts after 30 days are forfeited.
I acknowledge that the Tournament Director may defer the cash option to a mailed check payout at any time at their discretion.

☐ Check (Mailed)
I acknowledge that I am requesting my payout via mailed check.
I understand that I must provide a complete, accurate, and current mailing address during registration in the "Notes/Comments" section.
I accept responsibility for any errors in entering my mailing address.
I acknowledge that I forfeit my payout if a check is mailed to an incorrect address due to my entry error.
I acknowledge that checks will be mailed after the event, and that there is a $1 delivery fee for mailed checks.
I understand that delivery time is dependent on postal service timelines.

Payout Responsibility Acknowledgment

Pro division players are solely responsible for the accuracy of all payout information provided during registration. By selecting a payout method, the player acknowledges how they wish to receive their payout and accepts full responsibility for errors in the information provided.

Flying Blind is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds are given all the way up until registration closes.
