About this tournament
Welcome to Fuego Fireworks 2.0!
This year we are doing it DOUBLES style on the fourth of July!
There is 54 team cap (108 players).
This will be a ONE ROUND doubles event on shotgun start - tee off at 9:30! All divisions will play from the LONG tees, playing the SAME layout.
Hole assignments will be posted the night before the event.
Three divisions are offered:
RED (pro) 2000 combined rating cap
WHITE (am) 1800 combined rating cap
BLUE (guy/girl mix) 1700 rating cap
Your ratings will be verified prior to the event. For any player who does not have an active PDGA account, an automatic rating of 850 will be assigned for men and 750 for women.
$40 per team entry fee breakdown as follows:
$10 - green fees ($5/player - a ticket will be given for $5 off at ABW)
$10 - Fuego On The Colorado fundraising
$15 - payout (see below for details)
$5 - trophy / admin fee
Payout:
1-3 teams: 1st Place Only
4-8 teams: 1st & 2nd Place
9+ teams: 1st through 3rd Place
Explosive trophies for the FIRST PLACE team in each division!
BOUNTY HOLE:
Hole 10 - $100 ace bounty. $150 if hit with a MINT Disc (must show proof).
FREE LUNCH after the round sponsored by Mint Discs! Hot dogs & chips
We will have some fun water stuff after the round. Kiddie pools, slip n slide, water balloons, etc.
Don't miss out on the fun! This event also serves as a FUNDRAISER event for Fuego On The Colorado coming up on July 20, 2024!
