> IMPORTANT: Carpooling is highly encouraged!
> > > Please park along the gravel entrance road as you enter!

> Schedule:
8:00 - 8:45am: Check-In
9:00am: Players Meeting
9:30am: - Round 1 Tee (Shotgun Start) >>> Round 2 will start 1 HOUR after the final card finishes Round 1.

> Course Particulars / OB:
(these boundary particulars are subject to change. PDGA Scoring App is the official OB standard for this
event. If no OB listed, consider the hole to be free of boundary restrictions)
> All water on the course is considered casual. ⚠ If you land inside any paintball obstacle this is also considered
casual. Per PDGA Rule: 806.03 you may obtain relief at the “nearest lie which is farther from the target”.
Out of Bounds Rules as follows:

● Hole 1: On gravel parking lot, on or over gravel driveway right and long of target
● Hole 2: Over horse fence on left, on roof of barn on right
● Hole 7: Over marked line at creek on right
● Hole 9: Cliff at top of the hill on right. There is a drop zone marked with orange flags, all
OB shots play from the drop zone
● Hole 18: Parking lot
○ As always, benefit goes to the player. If unsure of ruling - it is recommended to play a provisional
shot and bring to the attention of your TD at the completion of your round.

> Ace Pot:
There will be a 50/50 Ace Pot available at check-in for $5 (Cash preferred) >>> If ace(s) are hit during either round
50% of the ace pot will go to the player(s) - the other 50% of the ace pot will go back to the course solely for
continued improvements / maintenance costs. >>> If no ace(s) are hit 100% of the ace pot will go back to the
course solely for continued improvements / maintenance costs.

> Conclusion:
Trophies will be awarded to 1st place in all divisions*
Payouts for all Open/Pro Divisions will be sent via PayPal within 24 hours of the the conclusion of the event
Payouts for all Amateur Divisions will be sent via Hazy Shade gift cards will be sent out to the email provided
during registration on DiscGolfScene within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event
● All winners will also receive free play at Cabin Creek DGC for the 2024 season
● Due to an error with the MP40, the winner will receive their trophy at a later date

> And lastly >>> We do have a full course so please keep a good pace of play to ensure we finish before dark.
