About this tournament

Why choosing where you play your ICE BOWL Tournament matters.

Caswell County, North Carolina is a rural community with deep agricultural roots, containing many small towns, but lacking any type of industry to provide jobs to it's citizens. 100 years ago this was the agricultural capital of North Carolina yet today many families face persistent economic strain. This community has very limited access to middle class jobs, zero public transportation, and only one grocery store in the entire county, makes it very difficult for residents—especially seniors, children, and working households—to consistently afford nutritious food. When unexpected expenses or reductions in work hours hit, the margin between stability and hardship can disappear quickly. For many people across the county, access to the Caswell Parish Food Pantry is an essential lifeline that helps to bridge gaps, reduce stress, and keep families healthy while they work toward longer-term security.

On Saturday February 21, 2026, the chains will ring in the cold as the Flying Disc Clubhouse hosts our annual Freeze Your Ice Off Too : FDC's 2nd ICE Bowl Fundraiser Disc Golf Tournament—a winter test of resolve, camaraderie, and love for the game.

Players pack includes one 2026 Ice Bowl Disc, a super XL hot hands, a raffle ticket for a double foil yeti ICE Bowl disc, and hot chili lunch provided by FDC. We want to feed you since you’re helping feed our community!

The ICE Bowl isn’t about comfort. It’s about showing up when the fairways are frozen, your breath hangs in the air, and every clean release feels earned. It’s about throwing plastic with purpose, supporting our local community food bank, The Caswell Parish, and sharing a round with players who understand that disc golf is as much about grit as it is grace.
Expect a thoughtfully run fun event with a welcoming FDC Clubhouse atmosphere, competitive divisions for all skill levels, and that unmistakable ICE Bowl spirit—equal parts challenge and fellowship. Whether you’re chasing a win, a personal best, or just the satisfaction of finishing strong in winter conditions, you’ll find your place here.
So layer up, bring your best throws, and lean into the season. Winter does not ask permission—and neither do we.
No Wimps. No Whiners.
See you at the Clubhouse!
— Tony @ FDC

How It Works...
We will ask you what division you want to be in during check-in.

We are raising $$ and non perishable food items for the local food bank again. We’ve set a fundraising target of $1000 and 1000 pounds of food (or 200 mulligans).
-Every 5 pounds of non-perishable food you bring buys you a mulligan, so may the best + most generous disc golfer win!
-Special bonus baby formula mulligans also available: every 5oz of baby formula gets you 1 mulligan + 1 bonus mulligan for every formula tub >24 oz. (Round up or down to the nearest 5oz. Ex: a 32oz baby formula will get you 7 mulligans).

CAN WE BEAT THE WEIGHT FROM LAST YEAR??? (600LBS)

We'll do a 50/50 Throw For Dough during the lunch break, so bring your cash to get in on the action.
Throw for Dough is $5 for 3 throws from #18 red tee. You can buy back into the 1st round one time for 3 more throws at $5 additional. An ace takes the pot, a tie forces a playoff. If no Ace is hit, all bullseye hits will go into a 2 throw playoff CTP.
