About this tournament
3 rounds of play
This is a 2 day, 3 round, Amateur Only, A-Tier disc golf tournament. We will play at East Frankfort Park DGC, West Sixth Farm DGC and Lakeview Park DGC. Hosted by Frankfort Disc Golf Association Inc. with the support of Frankfort Parks and Recreation, West Sixth Farm.

Entry is $55 for all Divisions. Registration will open on Friday, July 4 at 8:00 PM. Online registration will close on Thursday, September the 25th at midnight. Early registration / Hole sponsorships are $25 and will include a personalized sign on one of the courses and a bonus disc of your choice.
144 Player Cap: There will be 2 pools with a cap of 72 players per pool. We will play 2 rounds on Saturday (shotgun start) rotating between East Frankfort Park and Lakeview Park DGC. The final round on Sunday will be at West Sixth Farm with assigned tee times. NOTE: tee times will be organized in blocks by division and current tournament ranking.

Pool A: MA1, MA2, MA40, MA50, MA60, MA70

3rd round - West Sixth Farm (Championship 18)
Pool B: MA3, MA4, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4 , MJ18, MJ15

3rd round - West Sixth Farm (Championship 18)
CHECK IN: Players MUST check-in at the registration tent on their starting course at least 5 minutes before the start of their round or they may be assessed a penalty.
Round 1: (Saturday) This will be a shotgun start at 9:00 AM with no player’s meeting. An email will be sent to all participants in place of a player’s meeting.
Lunch Break: After round one, each pool will have a break that will allow time for travel between courses. Check the PDGA Event page for new start times and tee assignments for round 2.
Round 2: Player’s must be at their assigned tee, ready to start on time.
Round 3: (Sunday) Players will be assigned a tee time for round three and must check-in at least 5 minutes before their tee time.

All AMs will receive a player’s pack with items such as a premium driver, premium midrange, a tournament Dri-Fit shirt, a towel. They will be available for pickup Friday from 12:00 to 5:45 during the Flex on the Farm C-Tier presented by Bomb Discs, on Saturday before or after your round at East Frankfort Park and anytime Sunday at West Sixth Farm.
Payout: After your round, you can follow the PDGA leaderboard for your division. Once the final players in your division have completed their scorecard, we will calculate winnings for that division and post payouts. Winners can redeem their winnings at the Bang-A-Chain tent which will be set up at West Sixth Farm on Sunday. We will be having a raffle during payouts as well.
Scoring: We will be using PDGA.com/scores CODE:AMS25 to score all 3 rounds. All players must keep score simultaneously. Any scoring discrepancies will result in an alert and should be remedied between holes. One player must submit the scorecard (with matching scores) before leaving each course. Failure to do so could result in penalties for all players on the card.
Ties for Tournament Champions: 1st place ties for the overall Tournament Championship in each division will be broken by a playoff at West Sixth Farm soon after the division finishes. All players must be present and confer with the TD after their division finishes and play head to head on the designated holes (TBD by TD) until one player wins a hole. Tee off on subsequent holes will rotate.
NOTES:
- After mandatory check-in, players must be at their assigned holes and ready to start play at the posted start time for each round. A two minute warning will be signaled by 2 horn blasts (halt all practice throws) followed by a single long blast to start the round.
- Players who miss the initial tee off are to be penalized (Par plus 4) for every hole missed without exception. Maintaining a steady pace of play is crucial.
- Spectators and caddies must sign a waiver and adhere to all PDGA rules.
- Warm up areas: On Sunday, there are no warm up areas at West Sixth Farm. The designated warm up areas are East Frankfort or Lakeview Park which are a 15 minute drive from the farm. Players must check in at least 5 minutes before their tee time on Sunday.
*Per section 2.04 of the PDGA Competition Manual, Professionals rated <970 will be allowed to register to play in this tournament in any Division for which they qualify and compete for merchandise only.
