Withdrawal >30 days from event player gets 100% refund
Withdrawal 15-29 days from event player gets $10 handling fee
Withdrawal 14 days or less $10 handling fee, or if spot in event is not filled by another player on waiting list then player is subject to players pack or 50% refund decided by TD
