Player's make their way to respective teepads. First round starts at 9:30am.

Approximate time of awards, payouts. These will be paid after all scores are entered. Cart Raffle will be held after payouts.

There will be a raffle for a Ledgestone Edition Zuca Cart. Tickets will be available on site and in registration. Three tickets for $5, ten tickets at $10. Raffle will be done at payouts.
There will be a fun charity ace race on site as well. This is being held in honor of the Lint Family. Their family has faced a total house fire and cancer that has required multiple rounds of chemo. $5 to play the Meyer Broadway Putter course layout. every ace will get you a raffle ticket into a drawing for 50% of the raised money. If you want to skip out on playing every $5 donation also gets you a raffle ticket. The table will be up after the first round tto awards. The drawing will be held during payouts.
AM payouts will be held by K' Aces Disc golf.

Refund policy
There will be a $5 fee for all refunds within 1 month of the event.
Refunds are available until the tournament reaches full capacity and is within one week of the event. After which, if the vacated spot does not fill, 50% of the entry fee will be forfeit.
Refunds requested within 24 hours of the event starting are subject to 50% of the entry fee being forfeited if the vacant spot can be filled. Otherwise, 100% of the entry fee is forfeit if the spot does not fill. Players forfeiting their entire entry fee are entitled to their player's package but must request package and provide address to be shipped to. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.
Ace Pool, 50/50, and PDGA non-member fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of refund request, unless player "No shows".
A "No show" is someone that does not inform the tournament that they will not be coming by the first-round tee. "No shows" forfeit all monies but can claim their player's package. They must request package and provide shipping information. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.
It is not the tournament or tournament staff's responsibility to communicate or get players their refunds or player's packages unless they are requested by the player and the necessary address and/or PayPal address is given.
