The Forge Discs Ace Race 2025
This signature event is hosted by Knock On Wood Disc Golf at Lake Hills in Schererville, IN.
Join us Saturday, May 31st at 8am for check in to play in an Ace Race scoring event!
This is a 2 disc challenge on an 18 Hole Layout of shortened proportions!
Your player's pack includes one Forge Discs mold of your choice:
The Nail (4/2/0/2)
The Ash (5/3/0/1)
And has the option to include an additional disc for the discounted price of $15! This discount is only available to those who pre-register. Additional discs will be available the day of the Practice Round (Friday, May 30, 2025) and day of the event itself for the retail price of $20 each.
You must use at least ONE Forge Discs mold during play, and the same two discs the entire round.
AS an extra incentive!
A Forge Discs Nail will be added to the Ace Pot for anyone who gets an ace WITH a Forge Disc.
Also scoring an ace on any hole will come with the benefit of higher points if it's done with a Forge Discs mold!
Scoring format isn't normal so check it out:
5pts for a Forge Discs ace
3pts for any other ace
2pts for hitting chains
1pt for hitting metal otherwise
.5pt for CTP
CTP .5pt will only be awarded to disc outside the basket (ace does not count).
Your buy in also includes:
$5 toward the ace pot, which if unhit will be thrown off for with two winners 60%/40% for CTP
$5 toward payouts of the top 25% of players.
*Due to this layout being a shortened/temporary layout, the Ace Pot is active exclusively for Holes 3B, 4, 5, 7, 9B, 10, 11, and 12.
