About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Welcome to the 2026 Forest City Open!
We are excited to be an Ontario Tour qualifier for Ontario 2026 Provincials. This means the top 3 finishers in each non-junior division will earn their qualifier patch to allow them to compete in Ontario Provincials provided you are a current Ontario Disc Sports Association member for the event. (This means you must be an ODSA member prior to the event, and your current membership must extend through the event).
Players pack will be an optional $20 add-on, to keep registration costs down. It will consist of a voucher to ThrowDiscSports, who will have a table set up during the event. Unused vouchers will become digital gift cards that can be used online.
2 rounds of play on the same day, with divisions split between Saturday and Sunday:
Saturday July 11th divisions: FA3/MA3, FA2, FA1, all Age-protected AMs
-AM40 plays longs/shorts, all others on Saturday play shorts/shorts
Sunday July 12th divisions: MA2, MA1, and all Pro divisions
-MPO & MA1 play longs/longs, all others play longs/shorts (no 'River's edge' super long hole in play this year).
Shotgun start both days. Experimenting with two temp holes, so the goal is 2 rounds of 20 holes.
Pass Through Fees per player:
PDGA fee (C-Tier): $3
ODSA Tour fee: $3
TD fee: $3
