There are very limited housing spots left - All of the grandfathered in spots take up a majority of the availability.
I am removing the housing option, so as not to overbook. If you have staying in the last couple of years, and want to stay -please message me. You can pay on arrival.


However, tent camping is allowed, as well as an RV or camper trailer & for the same $10 daily rate as day visitors.

The county that camp resided in still does not allow out of state overnight guests. So we are once again forced to postpone this event. No date or details are known at this time. It might just be March of 2022 at this point.....

This event has officially been cancelled for 2020, YMCA Tockwogh is adhering to the MD state health officials, and they are not allowing out of state guests this fall. I just got an email yesterday at 2pm. We will try again in the spring.

I couldn't be more upset, all the discs, t shirts, camp deposit, and other purchased items have been here since Feb, I've put a ton of hours and money into this event. Please be patient with me on the refunds and money returns, as I'll be out over $4,000 in tournament expenses once I refund everything.

As for the refunds, most of you have paid more than 6 months ago, and I will not be able to directly refund you through discgolfscene. So all of these will have to be manually processed through my paypal, and I will need to confirm each and every one of you paylpal addresses, as those to not come across when you sign up. Please be patient.

Just in case I will need to refund everyone if this event can't reschedule for any reason, I have to make this change to continue this event to be funtional on that webpage.

Again changing the date is for admin purposes only, nothing has changed, the event is currently Postponed indefinitely.

After discussions with the YMCA, we all feel its best to reschedule the event. MD is in a state of emergency and we all feel its best to postpone this event.
As soon as I know more about when the new date will be, and what that will look like I will address any refunds and handle the fall out from the event needing to be moved.
Please give me some time to figure out the details, as there are more parties involved than disc golfers at the YMCA facilities.

As the public health is requiring more limited interaction, this is for the best.

I'll do what I can, I do hope we can find a date this spring before Camp opens for the kids this summer. But that may be out of our control entirely.

Last years red course is coming back as we played it in 2019 - if you were there you know exactly what to expect.

The Blue course is going to see some fairly decent changes this year, incorporating many holes we have played at one point in time and a few new holes.... I’ll finish that design on March 7th when I go down to do some work.

Glow layout will be up to Tolbert (he’s the Glow King), I’d expect no changes there from the traditional Glow layout.

Mini course will be all Tim Stevenson’s baby and I have no idea what he’s got planned, but want to find out.

A large portion of housing is spoken for by returning guests, and i have done the best I can to accommodate everyone. If you are a returning guest, please sign up on here and pay me directly or bring cash for housing.
If you have not already confirmed you have a bed with me or your cabin lead, you might want to get on that.

Camping is an option, you may indeed bring your own tent or RV if you want, there is plenty of space for that - please arrange which cabin you will be sharing their bathrooms, or use the main bathrooms in the cafeteria.

Housing is getting very tight, there are 2 rooms in Stewart lodge that no one has yet contacted me about, and a few beds in the Conference center (maybe, Canby Crew is still getting me numbers and bed counts).

If you intend to stay at Camp, its time to let me know or sign up. I will be closing down the housing option on this registration soon as its filled up, and may end up refunding some people for housing if they sign up too late.
