MPO, MP40, MA1, and MA40 will be playing the full long MPO layout all other divisions will be playing the Short (FPO) layout.
4 players per card maximum.
3 players per card minimum.

$1 - Sanctioning/Insurance
$2 - Club Fees
$5 - Greens Fees
