About this tournament

The 3rd annual Fiesta Fling is a 2-round doubles tournament! Come celebrate Spanish Fork's Fiesta Days and Pioneer Day by playing disc golf with us!
This tournament will take place over two days, July 10-11, 2026, with one round per day.
- Friday we will be doing two different shotgun starts: the morning group at 9:00AM and the afternoon group at 5:00PM. (Each team will only play in one of the shotgun starts, not both.)
- Saturday we will be doing assigned tee times for all divisions starting at 9:00AM and every 10 minutes after.
The awards ceremony will take place approximately 30 minutes after the last card finishes. The approximate time will depend on how many teams register.
Format
Friday: Best Disc
Both teammates throw from the tee pad. As a team they decide which shot is better, and they both throw their next shots from that same lie. The hole is completed when one teammate gets the disc in the basket.
Saturday: Alternate Shot (Alternating Tee)
Teammates take turns throwing from where the other throws until one teammate gets the disc in the basket. It is predetermined which teammate will take which tee shot, no matter who finishes the previous hole. For example. teammate 1 will tee on all odd holes and teammate 2 on all even holes.

Divisions
A Pool / Upper Division - MPO/MA1 - $60/team
B Pool / Lower Division - MA2/MA3 - $60/team
Mixed / Coed - $60/team
We will be playing bring-your-own-partner doubles. Max of 72 teams total (36 teams per shotgun start on Friday).
Scoring will be done via UDisc (free UDisc account required: https://udisc.com/sign-up).
For the Upper and Lower divisions, please register according to the higher rated teammate's division. (i.e. If a team consists of an MPO player and an MA3 player, please sign up for the Upper division.) If either teammate can consistently shoot under par at Urban Forest, please register for the Upper division!
Each player will receive a custom stamped Fiesta Days disc as part of their registration. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in each division. A Ring of Fire putting game will take place after the awards ceremony (free for all participants), with prizes donated and given out by Moon Off-Grid.
