The Event
Players will play a combination of 18 holes from two short but technical courses, (Harcourt Park and California Park). Course Map will be available closer to the time and will include the opportunity to play all of the harcourt holes in either a split round or full round depends on pool numbers.
The maximum number of participants will be capped at 90 people, so get in quick so you don't miss out (there will be a waitlist if required). Participants that register before the 10th August 2025 will be eligible to receive 5 free throws with the tech disc at the event.

Divisions and Cost:
MPO / FPO - $65
MA1 / FA1 / MA40 /FA40 / MA3 / FA3 - $55
MJ18 / FJ18 - $50

**Please note that Female Divisions will be offered equivalent to the mixed divisions for the first week of registration and then if no registrations received for these divisions the club organisation committee will consider consolidating these.

Greater Wellington Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

REFUND POLICY
100%: refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 1st of October.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Sunday 19th October. 
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm Sunday 18th October will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled with the waitlist. Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
