Our dear friend Phil Ulry has decided to take a sabbatical in regards to running his Burnt Turkey tournament this year.

As such, Adam Ankrom and Andrew Hypes have consulted with Phil in an effort to preserve the spirit of Burnt Turkey in its temporary absence.

Presenting Evil Rabbits, a doubles tournament with lots and lots of fiendish twists and turns! We will be using the Diablo Doubles format (Combination of best shot, worst shot, alternate shot and combined score) and lots of OBs, hazards, and mandos to up the challenge exponentially.

This year we are putting a large emphasis on charitable donations. We are supporting Out of Darkness, an organization focusing on combating human trafficking. $20 of every team entry will go to that charity and the vast majority of proceeds arising from hole sponsorships, raffle entry fees and other side activities will go towards the charity as well.

One way in which we are looking to raise money is through preferred tee assignments. Don't wanna trek all the way to #15 at Eagle's Nest to start your round? For an extra $20/team, you can choose to start on #1, #5 or #6, all tees within 500 feet of tournament central. This option is limited to only 6 teams.

We have 3 divisions to choose from. The MPO division is for professional level players and will be playing for a cash payout. MA1 is for players rated somewhere in the vicinity of 925-970 while MA2 is for everyone else, effectively. Teams in MA1 and MA2 will be playing for a merchandise payout provided by Hocking Hills Disc Golf. Top 30% of teams in both divisions will be paid out.

We do not necessarily have strict guidelines for player ratings as it pertains to divisions but if a team is obviously too good for a division we reserve the right to move a team up if need be.
