Hello Fellow Disc Golfers!

Good morning and thanks for signing up for the End of the Trail Classic!
The Visalia Flying Monkeys have worked super hard to make this event special and we really hope you enjoy your stay.

Here's the plan:

FRIDAY

The Fresno Grizzlies is welcoming the Disc Golfer tonight at the game.
Come watch your boy throw out the first pitch!
Contact Jeff Castle at Fresno Flight Center for info about playing 18 holes inside the stadium on October 13th. The day after the California Juniors Championships!


SATURDAY


When you enter the park be prepared for a 6$ entry fee.

If you plan on camping here, let the person at the gate know;
20$ per night for tents.
25$ per night for RV's.
Camping area will be on the outback east of tee pad #9.


Check will begin at 8am

Players meeting 8:45am

Tee off: 9am (Pros on the Outback & Amateurs on the Front)

For lunch we will have a few food vendors and I got us 40 pizza's to share too. If you don't like that there is places close on Mooney Blvd.

2nd Round: I hope to start around 2pm. (Pros play the front, Ams play the back)

Raffle / Players Party will be help at the park this year at tournament central after the 2nd round. BBQ and LIVE MUSIC!

SUNDAY

Round 3: 9Am players meeting

Top 5 in MA1, FPO, MP40 and MPO will play a Final 9.
Final 9 layout will be played on the Outback. Holes 1-8 & 18 will be the holes played.

Awards after Final 9.

Side note:
And NO, you can't get paid out early so you can hit the road, please don't ask. I will not be responsible either if you choose to leave early. I worked my off getting all this cash together, putting it in envelopes, making trophies. I have a Don't be that guy...

NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 15TH.

Everyone else, check this out:

After party looks like it will be at the park after the 2nd round.

We have been talking to a few local breweries / pizza place called Howies Pizza & Rocky Hill Brewing! (If you have time go check out both places while you are here) and I think we are going to have Pizza , Chicken and mojos there for lunch and one of there kegs for dinner.

Stick around for the after party!
Whirlwind Disc Golf will have his inventory out in full force all weekend.
Eat, drink beer, shop at the vendors AND WE WILL HAVE A LIVE BAND!
(The Club is going to BBQ so meat, beans and garlic bread after the 2nd round on Saturday.)

CAMPING:

SUNDAY 8/18/19 EotTC Fundraiser / Warm Up

This is a 1 day Fundraiser for the EotTC and a chance for:
a) you to practice the course.
b)you to not pay 100$ To play the A Tier
c) if you’re not a PDGA member and still want to play the set up in a tournament.
d) no final 9
c) get a Rick Weaver memorial stamp disc.

AGENDA:
Check In 8am-8:30am
2 Rounds Only
1 round on each Perry Championship & Perry Outback course set up in the EotTC set up for the first only time before the event.

Non- sanctioned Event!

Mulligans are minimized to 4 per player per round.
(Mulligans tickets are also EotTC raffle tickets)
