About this tournament

4th and Final End of Year Games
This event is all about fun with your friends and family. Music is encouraged. Dress code is the same as any city park. You can smoke and drink, but you must clean up after yourself and others. Keep it family friendly, but dysfunctional family is okay. If you have to ask if it’s ok- it’s probably not, but please feel free to ask.
Register online or at the Community Center Park upper Ramada- past skatepark by the bathrooms. This is where you check-in as well. You will pickup your player cards and Each player will receive commemorative mini.
Bring your own Partner Doubles Round. No Rating Limit! Let’s see the best of the best out there!
Flex Start. Make your own card. Tee off at the park and play down into the Ice House Disc Golf Course. The final holes will bring you back up the hill and into the park.
Tee times start at 7:38am and end at 11:18am with a 12 minute spread. Max 4 teams to a card but I’d prefer 3 teams or less.
Doubles Winning Team-
1st - $200 pay out
Ace Pot- $100 pay out. everyone’s in, only ace pays
We have four “games” setup for competitive play. Everyone also has an opportunity to try for longest drive. Your card will play the games either before, or after your round. You will be given a score card for the games that you will turn back into the registration booth upon completion.
Games Pay Outs:
Putt Lader- $50
Mid CTP- $50
Fairway CTP- $50
Control Drive - $50
(elevated scoring field- like top golf)
Furthest Drive - $100
(we will have OB this time)
Winners will be announced online and medal will be shipped to winners. Pay outs will be done digitally via Zelle, Venmo, etc.
All money raised will be used to improve the Ice House Disc Golf Course. Previously raised monies have paid for:
Year 1: 6 sleeve posts to set new layout
Year 2: 4 Different Cleaning crews to remove brush, trees, and cactus. Also paint for home made signs, garbage cans, and arrows.
Year 3: Packing Dirt for leveling Teepads,l
Year 4: End of Day BBQ and Beverages

Refund policy
Stephen Palmer is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Player is responsible for monies lost to fees from Paypal and/or disc golf scene. This is a very inexpensive charity tournament so hopefully we won’t be worrying about this.
