End of Year Double's Tournament Sat 11/5 will be a 2 round Crosstown event playing first at Anson B. Nixon Park & finishing at Thornbury Park. You do not need to have played a previous WCADG Doubles League event.

Round 2 - Thornbury Park. Layout Full 18. Par 56
1. TIMES
--9:00a - Final deadline to register (Venmo highly preferred)
--9:05a - Team/Partner selection
--9:25a - Be ready near Hole 1 to start the round
--9:30a - Player's meeting near H1
--9:45a - Tee off round 1
--12:15p-1:15p - Approx lunchtime - 1 hour lunch/transit time once the last card is turned in from the first round
--1:20p - Approx time round 2 meeting near H1 Thornbury
--1:30p - Tee off round 2
--3:45p - Playoffs & Prizes
2. TEAMS
Random draw partners 1st rd, 2nd will either be random or seeded to be voted on before rd 1. The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after team selection.
3. FEE (Venmo highly preferred)
$40 total if in for everything. $20 to play + $20 for Ace pool + Multiple CTPs (optional)
Digital payments must be paid using correct memo or it will be returned. Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Credit/Debit card accepted for payment.

No refunds after 8am Friday 11/4/22. West Chester Area Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
