REGISTRATION INFO:
> The first 60 registrants will be guaranteed an event T-shirt. Sizes guaranteed for those who signed up by August 1st.
> Sign up to Tee-off anytime from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Choose your tee time when you register.
> Groups do not have to be the same division. Play with your friends, family, or make new friends. Family groups are encouraged to play together (if some players are playing the shorter tees, have anyone playing from the long tee throw first).
> IMPORTANT: If you have less than 3 people in your group (even if due to a no-show) your tee time will be changed to adhere to PDGA rules.
> IMPORTANT: When registering you must register for the age the player will turn during the calendar year, not the age at the time of the event.
TOURNAMENT PLAY:
> Official Tee Times will be posted on Friday night before the tournament.
> The Players Meeting will be in a Google Document will be emailed to everyone before the Tournament to explain the basic rules of the course.
> Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your tee time, and please leave promptly after your round. We are required to follow the rules for the CDC, PDGA, & MI regarding Covid-19.
> We will have you use the PDGA Live Scoring for this event. Online scoring only. Please make sure your phone is charged.
> ONE round of play followed by a fun PUTTING CHALLENGE following your round for your enjoyment.
> There will be NO WATER coolers on the course, please come prepared.
> LUNCH will no longer be provided, but snacks will be provided.
> Please do not be on the course unless you are playing your tournament round.
> Payouts for Amateur divisions will be online gift cards.
Divisions will be played as followed:
Layout A - Regular Long (18U / 15U / MJ12)
Layout B - Mixed Pads (FJ12 / MJ10)
Layout C - Mixed Pads (FJ10 / 8U)
A = All Long
B = MID on 7, 9, 11, 13 / SHORT on 1, 2, 5, 10, 18
C = All Short
Everyone throws from Hole #6 Tee Pad, there is no short on this hole.
Hole #9 we took the water out of play for Layout C and placed it back into the woods. Follow the arrows.
FRIDAY GUARDIAN DOUBLES: Walk Up Registration 4:30pm - 6PM for the Doubles Event. Guardian Doubles is more of a Junior plus one, especially if you are family. The goal is to have a fun round and try to win prizes. We'll have several fun things hidden throughout the night so come and have a fun non-competitive night.
