Player meeting at MetCenter all divisions. Round one tee time will be announced at the conclusion of the Player meeting. One hour lunch between Rounds. Scorecards and hole assignments will be at the course where you begin each round.
A Pool will consist of all Pro divisions, MA1, and MA40. They will play Roy G short tees first, MetCenter long tees (except for hole 10) second, and Roy G long tees on Sunday morning.
B Pool will consist of all divisions not named above. They will play MetCenter short tees first, Roy G short tees second, and MetCenter short tees on Sunday morning. -

Awards immediately following the third round once all scorecards have been turned in and tallied. If no ace is hit during the tournament. We will have a CTP throw off for the ace pot.

About this tournament
If you are coming I-35, travel east on Riverside Drive and take a left on Pleasant Valley Road. The Park will be on your right at the following address:
517 S Pleasant Valley Road

This address will take you to into the park from the southwest side. The parking lot next to the main softball fields where you would normally walk to hole 1. Because the bridge is out and the walk may be sketchy due to the recent rain, we recommend an alternative address:
400 Grove BLVD
Austin, TX 78741
This will take you into the park from the southeast side of the park instead of the southwest side. Continue east on Riverside Drive from I-35 and turn left onto Grove Blvd. Continue straight once Grove Blvd hits the park entrance. This will take you all the way to the back parking lot. There is a short trail which leads to hole 2's tee and a few other walking paths which can navigate you through rest of the park. We will have a DD vehicle there on Saturday and Sunday so we can help you navigate the holes and layout of the course.
Directions to MetCenter Disc Golf Course
Coming from I-35 you will take Texas 71 East. From 71 East, exit onto E. Ben White Blvd (Ben White is the frontage road). Turn right onto Judson Road. Turn left on Burleson Road. Next turn left onto Metropolis Drive. The first driveway to the parking lot on your right will put you right where the course kiosk and map is. There is a path which leads to hole one.

While this address will put you right next to the course, it can be confusing because it is across from the course. This is where the DD RV will be set up on Friday for check-in, late registration, and doubles.
On Saturday and Sunday, we will be set up in the Parking lot next to Austin Java. Their address is:

The parking lot there is close to hole 7's pin, 12's pin, and hole 8 and 9's tees.
Refund policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2018
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2018 season, it may change for specific events.
