    1st Round Start time will be determined and announced immediately after the player meeting. No specific time is set for first round. Show up to the player meeting to find out! One hour lunch break between first and second round. Second round tee time will be announced after all scorecards are turned in from first round.

Cancellation Policy
*If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
