Hey guys/gals,
We are just 2 days away from the Hangover Huck and we are super excited to bring you the first PDGA sanctioned round of 2021! We appreciate you signing up and we are excited to have you.
Check-In-All players must check-in at the shop before starting their round. The earliest a card can go out is 10:00 a.m. The last tee time will be 2:00 p.m.
Playing Procedure-You are welcome to play with anyone you want. It doesn't matter if they are in your division or not. However, you must have at least 3 players and no more than 4 players on your card. We are playing all 27 holes in the park.
Player Pack-
Due to a lack of available discs for custom stamping, we couldn't get a custom stamped disc for the event. Instead, we will give each player $17.55 in store credit. This is enough to pay for a Champion, Lucid, Opto, Z Plastic, ect disc with taxes.
Score Keeping-Since this is a flex-start, we can't use the PDGA scoring app. We will use paper scorecards that will be given out when you check in. There are not enough spots on the card for 27 holes so you will have to put the last 9 holes on the back.
Out of Bounds-Each card will have an OB sheet ready to go out with them when they check in. The OB will also be attached to this email.
Payout-Payout for Ams will be available after the last card comes in. Payout will be added to your store credit account. If you don't want to wait around all day, you can come back anytime and get your payout. Payout for Pros will be sent out via Paypal or you can come by the shop and get it via cash.
