About this tournament
This is an unsanctioned, cash payout for all divisions tournament.
This event will require a MANDATORY COVID-19 Test prior to attending. You must get tested for the virus at an Ontario Health Care Facility no more than 1 week prior to the event, and no less than 72hrs prior to the event. You MUST show a negative test result at Friday registration.
Even with Testing, we will be enforcing strict physical distancing rules for the duration of the weekend. No touching of other people's discs or other property, stay 6ft apart at all times, and wear a face covering when distancing is difficult.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the invite list may be reduced to long standing invitees only. Please forgive us if you do not receive an invitation this year. There will always be next year.
Mulligans for Donations & Volunteers
There will be 3 opportunities to gain a mulligan for the weekend.
1. Volunteers:
Much of the course is already in place and kept ready thanks to Dave Cort and his amazing Northern Crew, but a lot of work is still needed over the weekend to set up, run, and take down the event. So we need you!!
Please volunteer for a position and you will be rewarded with a weekend mulligan that you can use during the event. The following positions need filling:
Silent Auctioneer (X2): Run the silent auction, put out the items in the morning and put them away in the evening. Figure out who won, collect the bids, and deliver the items.
Basket collection (X3) - Collect the baskets from the non-permanent locations at the end of the weekend.
Main Fire Garbage Bins (X2) - Put out, empty, and dispose of the contents of the garbage bins around the main fire.
CTP Collectors (X2) - Collect the CTPs and run the BeerTP & JTP.
Tee Pad Collectors (X3) - Collect all the teepad flags, ashtrays, and signs at the end of the weekend.
2. Donate to the Silent Auction
A donation (min $25 value) to the silent auction will also award you with a mulligan (limit one per person). Donations can be anything that you feel holds value in the auction. A really nice disc, collection of discs, clothing, etc. Donate on Friday at registration, or Sat morning to the auctioneer or Twirly.
3. Mick (I'm Bruce!) Off-Handed Mulligan
Try your luck again this year. After playing hole 1 (Sat Only) you and your card have the chance to make an off-handed putt from the stage to the hanging basket on hole 1. Make your shot and get a mulligan for Sunday's round.
