About this tournament

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

- 2 rounds. PDGA Sanctioned Singles Tournament.

- Shotgun start (Official starting holes will be announced once check-in is complete each morning approx. 8:15am, Please double check your hole assignment at the players meeting as things many need to be adjusted if a player does not show up)

- Limited spots of 72 players for this event.

-If the Event seems full please register on the waitlist and we will do our best to accommodate as many as we can.

- Prizes will be awarded in the form of Innova Canada Gift cards to Am Players and cash via PayPal transfer to Open Players

-Layout Slot Machine (see under pictures or email)

- Tee assignments both rounds:
Long Tees (blue): MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50, MA1, MA2
Short Tees (red): MA3, MA4, FA1, FA2, FA3, FA4

- CTPs:
We'll have 5 CTP markers in round one with prizes from Innova Canada
- MPO&MP40 - #17
- MA1 & MP50 - #18
- FPO & FA1 - #16
- MA2 - #13
- MA3, MA4, FA2, FA3, FA4 - #12

- Practice Day:
We're planning to set up the baskets on the Arboretum side on Friday morning, so I hope it should be playable by 11am. Hole 8 has a temp basket that I'll bring, the position will be flagged.


ADDITIONAL COSTS:

BCDGA
- One time annual 2026 $10 BCDGA Competitive Member fee will be required to participate.

- Additional $15 if you do not have a PDGA membership

FEE BREAKDOWN:

$60 Pro and AM:

$10 - Green Fee
$3 - TD Fee
$5 - Series Fee ($3 to Series and $2 to host club)
$2 - Ace Pot (paid equally to all ace's at the end of the series)
$3 - PDGA

85% payout as per PDGA C-Tier regulation

John Gould-Thorpe is responsible for all refunds/cancellations
Please request refunds through your disc golf scene registration.

The BCDGA follows the cancellation / refund policy of the PDGA's Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events. We are using a $10 cancelation fee.
