On Saturday 29th we have the Generation Series Finale -Jardine Park, followed by the Wāhi Tapu pre rego party at Altitude Brewing in the evening.
We don't want people driving home that night especially the out of towners, so let's give you a little more incentive to make it A weekend here in beautiful Queenstown by having a PDGA sanctioned Doubles event on Sunday.
This is a FLEX START doubles event, meaning you can play anytime of the day between 6am and 6pm.
Also, there is a club trophy round at Tucker Beach that day so if you wanted to make it another full day of golf, get involved in that too, you can play but need to join the club if you want a chance at winning that trophy.
Rules-
-Best Shot Doubles, both players tee off on each hole, followed by choosing one players shot to both shoot your next shot from and pick up the other, once one person has completed the hole the other does not need to putt out, just pickup.
-Teams of two ($10 per team entry)
-must play at minimum as a card of 4(will find out what the maximum is)
-scoring via the pdga app -Password - Dubs
-standard pdga rules apply.
- Please respect other park users, the disc golf course is not closed for this event so don't just try to hurry people out the way, be curtious, take your time and have a nice time in the gardens.
