About this tournament

Live scoring in UDisc. TD will set up cards upon close of registration. Shotgun start. First round best shot doubles format. Second round alternate shot format. Pack a lunch! There will not be time enough between rounds to drive out for food.

Any division that does not fill at least one card of 4 players will be combined with another division at the TD's discretion.

About MX divisions. Male + Female partners that are experienced tournament players should all sign up for MX2 or the Mixed Adv/Int/Rec combo division. For Mixed Novice (MX4), only mixed teams of one male and one female, where one or both players are either casual players or true beginners, or where one or both of the players is a male or female junior under the age of 15 should sign up for this division. In the spirit of this being a fun event for all, the TD may move teams to another division if they are clearly better than the field.

All other divisions should follow standard PDGA guidelines. However, if you have played this course often and play tournaments regularly, we ask that you move up a division to not discourage true beginners and casual players. The TD may move teams to another division if they are clearly better than the field.

If you are unsure, please ask. Once registration closes, no requests to change divisions will be allowed.

Refund policy

Andy Klinger is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All registrants will be responsible for transaction fees. The individual registering a team is responsible for their partner's share of the fee. If your partner backs out, you are responsible to find your own replacement. Cali-doubles will not be allowed. If you cannot find a partner, notify the TD as soon as possible and the TD will assign the next available unpartnered player if there is another drop. If a refund is requested before registration closes, a full refund will be issued minus transaction fees. If a refund is requested after the registration closes, the amount refunded will be 50% minus transaction fees. No shows on the day of the event will not receive a refund.
