About this tournament

Welcome to our Doc Waddle event at Doc Cramer Disc Golf Course.
This is a 2-round C-Tier event.
Player pack will be a $15 voucher, good to use at our mobile store that will be at all of our events.
We will be playing the standard layout. OB will be any paved or concrete surface, over any fence, and onto any baseball field. There are Mandos on hole 1 and 14. Hole 15 will be played as an island; if your drive does not land on the island you will play from the drop zone with a stroke penalty.
During our winter month events, we will be giving out free hot cocoa, tea and coffee. We will have coffee cups available, but if you would like to bring your own thermos, we will have plenty of hot water to go around.
There will NOT be an in person player meeting, everything you will need to know will be sent out via email the night before the event. We will be at tournament central 15 minutes before tee time if there are any questions.
Assuming nobody hits the ace pot leading to this event, The ace pot is projected to be around $180 plus what is accrued during signups. a more accurate total will be known the morning of the event.
As always we will have a no cap rolling ace pot!
- Ace pot rolls over every tournament if no aces are hit. Ace must be on a hole 200’ or longer to win the entire thing. Any ace thrown in from a hole 199’ or shorter get the ace pot money that was accrued during that tournament only.

Emperor Penguin Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100%refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through a waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide 50% refund of their entry fee. In the case of a player in a Pro division the TD will provide the 50% cash monetary refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist.
