    The schedule for this Saturday at Shelton Springs is as follows:

    8-8:30: check-in and get player packs

    8:40: Player meeting and group photos

    9:00 (or as close as we can get): Discs in the air

    12:00ish  Awards and photos

    Advance/Pro Female will be playing the black teesAdvance/Pro Male will be playing the black teesNovice Male and US Vet Male will have the option of playing either red or black tees and if there are at least four playing each set of tees, there will be trophies for 1st and 2nd place.Novice Female will be playing the red teesUS Vet Female will be playing the red tees

    I will be bringing a CTP prize for each division.

    There will be an optional $3 ACE POT buy-in and if the ACE pot isn't hit, the funds will be added to the donation made to the Quixote Communities organization.

    I will be accepting raffle donations of $10 for the Dynamic Discs Veteran basket on Saturday as well with 100% of the proceeds also being added to the donation made to the Quixote Communities organization.

    Just a reminder that Shelton Springs is a no smoking property once you get in the woods. If you pack anything in, please pack it out.

Following in the footsteps of the Trilogy Challenge, Veterans for Vets is a new event designed to meet three goals. First, it gives disc golfers a chance to play in an organized event during the winter months. Second, it provides an awesome environment for a disc golfer without any tournament experience to play in an organized event. Finally, it provides an opportunity for a local disc golf community to raise money that gets returned to that same community to organizations tasked with serving veterans!
